EverFocus announces product release of PALUN

EverFocus Electronics, a security surveillance system manufacturer, have announced the release of a new PoE‐powered Video Balun – PALUN.

PALUN is a PoE-powered Video Balun which can transmit both power and digital IP video signal over coaxial cable. With PALUN, it will be easy to upgrade the surveillance system from analog to IP, leveraging the existing coaxial infrastructure without re-cabling.

PALUN supports connecting with both PoE and Non-PoE device and allows flexible usage of networking products. Moreover, when it comes to PoE devices, a smart switch design enables PALUN to better accommodate PoE devices of different class levels.
