Tai Twun enterprise demonstrates Android-based movable intercom system

Tai Twun Enterprise demonstrates its e-home solutions at the SMAhome Expo 2015. One featured solution is NA-200, a movable intercom system based on Android.

The system includes a stationary controller, a wireless Android tablet, and a wireless charging station for the tablet. The stationary controller has two buttons for talking to the visitor and unlocking the door.

Users can also use the tablet for accessing the intercom and manage its settings via the accompany mobile app. Unlike many other controllers that have to be stationed on the wall, this tablet provides mobility for users as it can be taken anywhere in the home.

By installing an additional mobile app, the tablet can also be used for access to the intercom from out-of-home. Furthermore, the tablet supports connection to the internet via Wi-Fi.
