EA MSC, a leading Malaysian access control solutions provider, is showcasing at secutech its active RFID parking application.
According to Edmund Wong, GM of sales at EA MSC, the solution is unique in that it works effectively on vehicles with solar film on their windshields.
“We are the only solution that can effectively penetrate solar film, which is found on 95 percent of vehicles in Malaysia,” Wong said.
With the solution, a vehicle approaching the parking facility of a residential condominium, for example, can be detected meters away, and once the vehicle is cleared by the system, the barricade will open accordingly.
The solution has huge potential especially in Asian markets, whose economies are growing, setting the stage for the construction of various properties.
Besides RFID, the company also has other access control products such as readers, controllers, and management software.
