[SMAhome Int'l Exhibition] Zavio & Qlync cooperate for plug-and-play cloud surveillance service

Zavio works with Qlync to offer free cloud surveillance solution, with for mobile surveillance software called SAT Viewer. The platform features free sign up without monthly fees. The mobile apps can run on iOS and Android mobile phones. Also, with the Qlync SAT view, the camera supports motion triggered push notifications, and cloud backup with Google Drive up to 15GB size for free.

The company released a new cube camera F3215 that features full HD1080p resolution, PIR, built-in microphone and speaker, and wireless 802.11n connectivity with WPS. The camera offers clear night vision with ICR and IR LEDs, supporting up to 10 meters of illumination range. Unlike others, the company indicated that it adopts high-power SMD LEDs to offer brighter and lower-cost solutions than those with DIP LEDs.

Focusing on design and manufacture on IP cameras, the company indicated its competitiveness consists of image algorithms and image processing, audio/ video compression and integration capabilities. For the smart home market, Zavio thinks home security is still the most promising area; home automation can be a hopeful market for high growth.
