SEYEON TECH, is a Korea-based manufacturer of IP equipments---IP camera, NVR, encoder and DDNS server. FlexWATCH is the brand name of the company for its IP surveillance product line. The company's export market lies mainly in Asia and the Middle East, where contributes about 75% of total sales venues to the company.

While market competitiveness has been tougher, in market regions—North America, South America, and Euro— companies from China and Taiwan have entered the market earlier than Korean ones and shared more advantages. “We need to make extra efforts in driving our products in the market,” according to the overseas sales manager Jason Lee.

As a market strategy, in the beginning of 2014, the company develops new product series— 1s. The new series highlights cost-effective performance for both commercial and residential use, according to the company. It is expected that the one series cut into the local tough competition.
