TOA announces re-organization and personnel changes

TOA Corporation is to implement some organizational changes and personnel reassignments, effective as of April 1, 2014.

A new division called the Corporate Planning Division will be established, for the purpose of reinforcing promotion of the company's mid-term management plan. With the lead of Masato Hotta, Director of TOA Corporation and Executive Officer of TOA Corporation and Executive Manager of Corporate Planning Division of TOA Corporation, this Division will report directly to the President, and will oversee the Management Planning Department, Public Relations Department, and Information System Department.
