Asset Manager The Carlyle Group Acquires DIGIOP Technologies

Digiop Technologies, a developer of video and data management software (VDMS) solutions for the surveillance industry, announced that an investor group led by The Carlyle Group, an alternative asset manager, has acquired the Indianapolis-based company. Terms of the transaction, which closed on March 1, were not disclosed.
