Securitas has acquired the security consulting company Interseco in the Netherlands. Enterprise value is estimated to US$6.4 million.
Interseco, with annual sales of approximately $9.7 million and approximately 50 employees, focuses on advising and assisting their customers to detect and gain control of crime risks. Interseco offers mainly four types of services: consultancy, investigation, security and training services.
The acquisition is consolidated in Securitas as of Jan. 1.
