AkzoNobel Car Refinishes, a producer of performance coatings, has chosen Nedap security management system for its production plant in Sassenheim, the Netherlands. The implementation will be executed by Nedap's business partner Imtech Security Solutions.
The Nedap solution for the production plant in Sassenheim will consist of the replacement of 45 card readers, integration with the software solution for the automation of facility management, real estate management and integration with the company's HRM database. Furthermore, the management system will be connected to the cashless vending system for payment in the restaurant. By integrating these systems within the solution, AkzoNobel will adopt one management platform to enforce its security policy.
