Securitas acquired the mobile security services company Nikaro in the U.K. Enterprise value is estimated to more than US$4 million.
Nikaro operates as a national security network and is recognized as one of the market leaders in key holding and response services in the U.K. The company, with annual sales of more than $4 million, operates through a network of service providers, and runs currently with more than 750 vehicles and 1,200 trained security professionals.
With this acquisition, Securitas enhances its position as market leader within the mobile security services market in the U.K.
