Our production base has 15 automatic producing lines,19 middle-high speed SMT machines(Yamaha, Panasonic and Mirae SMT machine) and 7 iron solder stoves to build up 7 SMT and solder lines, three audio products lines,2 video product lines(including inserting, solder machine, assembling and packing lines) we can produce all kinds of lead-free audio and video products.
We had equipped X-light machineries machine, signal source for product testing and founded very professional test lab, adding the whole aging house. Our QC team implements strict management procedures guided by related standards to assure the quality of raw materials, half-finished products and finished products in every process.
