On-Net Surveillance Systems (OnSSI), announced Yoav Millet joined the organization as COO/CFO. Millet will employ his talents and experience in growth and change management to enhance OnSSI's financial, operational and business strategies.

For more than 20 years, Millet's career has focused on identifying and monetizing value from IP assets in broad spectrum of industry sectors. Prior to joining OnSSI, Millet held positions serving as COO at IncentOne; Managing Partner at M-CAM; Senior MD of Sales T-IP Structured Finance; and MD for Juno Investments. Millet also led the investment banking activities of Clali & Associates Financial Management, as well as management positions within various institutional investment companies.
Among his many duties as COO/CFO, Millet will help to guide OnSSI's rapid growth as it meets the demands of being one of the technology solutions providers in the physical security marketplace.
Millet is a certified public accountant and holds dual bachelor degrees in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University.
