Security and attendance solutions provider, Grosvenor Technology is pleased to announce yet another time clock supply agreement, on this occasion, with human capital management specialists- Protime.

Under the contract, Grosvenor will provide Protime with a Linux based OEM variant of its GT-10 workforce management terminal in addition to a range of cloud based support services on a Software as a Service (SaaS) basis. Grosvenor will also provide an OEM variant of its Sateon Advance Access Control Hardware. The new modular hardware is designed to reduce installation time on site, is scalable and is easily integrated into Protime’s state-of-the-art software platform.

As with all Grosvenor HCM solutions; hardware, support and development paths have been tailored to suit Protime’s available resource. Which is why Protime have elected to rely on Grosvenor’s dedicated professional services to bring a solution to market as soon as Q2 2018. This announcement follows shortly after Grosvenor announced a multi-million dollar agreement with Workforce Software and is testament to a growing number of HCM software vendors who are relying on Grosvenor’s collaborative approach to partnerships.

Dieter Ooms, Hardware Product Manager of Protime, said, “Grosvenor Technology’s flexible approach and expertise in time and attendance solutions meant we were not only happy to enter into a partnership, but also outsource elements of the product’s ongoing management to them, enabling us to dedicate additional resources to projects elsewhere. We are confident the OEM access control module will generate additional opportunities for Protime and further validate our position as a leading workforce management optimization specialist.”

Andy Rainforth, Managing Director of Grosvenor Technology, added, “Protime will benefit from remote tools to manage a global estate of terminals with ease. Both Grosvenor and Protime are working together to create an app that seamlessly integrates workforce management and access control hardware into both Protime’s software and Grosvenor’s remote management platform. This is all testament to our dedicated Professional Services Team whose role is to deliver a seamless solution for our software partners and end users alike. We are excited to offer both Workforce Management and Access Control hardware. This marks a growing trend for HCM software providers approaching Grosvenor for a solution that completely satisfies the end user’s needs without the hassle of integrating a range of disparate systems.”
