Dahua Technology USA now shipping Smart H.265+ Pro camera series

Dahua Technology USA, a high-value, total security solutions provider, is now shipping a 2- and 4-megapixel Pro camera series featuring the latest Smart H.265+ video compression technology to deliver enhanced video quality, improved efficiencies and intelligent analytics, without straining the network.

The camera series is equipped with Dahua’s Smart H. 265+ encoding technology, an optimized implementation of H.265, which provides a savings of up to 70 percent bandwidth and storage when compared with standard H.264. Available in dome, eyeball, and bullet models, the cameras are housed in an IP67 weatherproof protection making them suitable for extreme temperatures and demanding outdoor applications.

Dahua’s 2- and 4-megapixel Smart H.265+ Pro camera series is available with Intelligent Video System (IVS) analytics that have the ability to detect and analyze moving objects for improved video surveillance. The cameras provide intelligence at the edge, allowing recognition of abandoned or missing objects, and supports tripwire, motion detection, scene change, intrusion, and facial detection.

Embedded with an IR cut filter for varying lighting conditions and industry-leading wide dynamic range (WDR) technology (120dB), the cameras provide excellent images at any time of day.
