The award ceremony took place on October 28, 2013, the night before the beginning of the CPSE 2013 exhibition in China. A&S conducted an online survey among relevant users, covering sectors such as government, energy, communications, monetary, police systems, hospitals, large stadiums, hotels, and real estate developers.
