Sam Youngblood, CEO of MCS Fire and Security, accounted that Ray Gilley has been appointed to serve as President of MCS Fire and Security, a business unit of Argyle Security specializing in complete loss prevention solutions including fire detection, mass notification, access control, video surveillance and intrusion detection to the commercial market place.

Gilley previously worked as the VP and COO of Sonitrol Management Corporation located in Westlake, TX, where he led the SMC group for over 14 years, building the 7th largest commercial security company in the country. Following SMC, Gilley began his own commercial security company, Encompass Security, located in Southlake, TX. Within 4 years, Encompass was receiving $40,000 in monthly recurring revenue. Gilley brings more than 33 years of experience in securing complex commercial facilities in the U.S. He has a reputation for understanding that service is key to developing a great security company. Gilley will focus on unmatched customer service and building a strong RMR growth model at MCS.

"MCS has the history, great client base and outstanding employees that will allow us to grow the company into a top-tier provider in the commercial security market. We have what it takes to provide the highest level of customer service in the industry. That is what will separate MCS Fire and Security from the rest of the security industry," said Gilley.
