With Envysion's managed video service, an operator can view live and recorded video through a simple web interface and get an unfiltered view of actual operations and the customer experience. Envysion Insight integrates managed video surveillance with POS systems to identify potentially fraudulent transactions such as voids, returns, discounts and coupons. Users then review video of the event in question side-by-side with the receipt to determine whether there was an instance of fraud, operational error or training issue that requires attention.
