CEO, Rich Bravman
Pivot3, a leading provider of unified storage and compute appliances, announced that Rich Bravman has been named the company's new CEO effective immediately. Bravman is responsible for leading and driving the company's next phase of expansion and growth in both new and existing markets. He assumes the role from Robert Fernander, who has served as the company's president and CEO since 2007 and will continue in a key role spearheading business development and major account penetration for Pivot3.

Bravman brings with him more than 30 years of executive management and board level experience at technology companies ranging from start-ups to global S&P 500 companies. Most recently, Bravman served as VP of corporate development and chief marketing officer at NCR, a Fortune 500 technology leader in self-service solutions for ATM machines, retail and airline check-in systems. At NCR, Bravman was responsible for all corporate marketing, business development activities, and forged several strategic partnerships for the company. Previously, Bravman was Chairman and CEO at Intelleflex, where his leadership helped the RFID technology start-up raise $51M in venture funding and develop key partnerships with Lockheed Martin, Mitsubishi and Motorola. Bravman started his career at Symbol Technologies where, during his 26-year tenure at the company, he held several positions with increasing responsibility and eventually assumed the role of CEO and Vice Chairman. As CEO, Bravman led a major turnaround effort at Symbol, which paved the way for the company's acquisition by Motorola in 2007.

Alan Waxenberg, VP of Business Development
Sentry360 a leading manufacturer of application driven multi-megapixel surveillance cameras for transportation, government, education, commercial and industrial markets, announced that Alan Waxenberg has joined Sentry360 in the role of VP of business development.

Reporting to the Company's President, Waxenberg will be responsible for strategic sales initiatives in the U.S. and overseas. He will direct the organization's sales and customer service development and grow the company's revenue through distribution channels and dealer networks. Additionally Waxenberg will work on enhancing new sales processes, customer service methodologies, and organizational systems. With an extensive background in video surveillance, broadcast and digital media, Alan's management background includes companies such as Intergraph, Avid Technologies, Avermedia and Video Insight.

Ramon Grado, Director of International Sales
CNL Software, a world leader in Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) software, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ramon Grado, to the role of Director, International Sales to spearhead its activities in the Middle East and LATAM/South American markets. Grado is an experienced international business development executive with over 25 years' of business leadership with small and large companies throughout the world including Exxon/Mobil, PepsiCo, TYCO and Schneider Electric.

Grado will direct CNL Software's expansion in the Middle East and LATAM markets to meet growing demand for IPSecurityCenter, its PSIM software. His immediate focus will be to oversee the set-up of CNL Software's offices in the Middle East, which will support both partners and end users.

Marc Damhaut, CEO
Euresys has named Marc Damhaut as its CEO. Marc Damhaut replaces Patrick Bergmans who held the position for 6 years. In a perspective of continuity, Patrick Bergmans remains as a consultant for the company as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Marc Damhaut joined Euresys Belgium at the early start of the company in 1989.In 1998, he was appointed Sales Manager Asia/Pacific where he successfully created, developed and managed Euresys' customer and distributor network. Marc Damhaut has 10 years of experience as Director of Euresys Pte in Singapore. More recently, he has spent 5 years as Senior VP of Product Management for the company.

He took on his new responsibilities of CEO on the first of October and operates from Singapore where he is based Marc Damhaut brings to his new position more than 20 years of knowledge of imaging technologies and markets, including machine vision, medical imaging, factory automation and video surveillance.
