PB-60TE features synchronized twin beams to reduce false alarms caused by flying birds and falling leaves, trouble-free conditions in a 50.000 lux illumination fluctuation to be assured by an external light compensation filter circuit with excellent tolerance against sunlight, headlights, fluorescent, or mercury light. Meanwhile, it also provides easy beam alignments with the special viewfinder allowing fast aiming with good alignment. It is equipped with a monitor jack to check sensitivity. The optical system of both the transmitter and receiver can be rotated up to 180 degrees which allows side aiming. These units do not have to be mounted face-to-face and the beam direction cannot be discerned by simple observation. The detector also provides insect protection and a sealed optical system preventing intrusion and interference by insects. Other features are automatic gain control circuit loaded, wide adjustment for horizontal (∮90 degrees) and vertical (∮10 degrees). A pole mounting kit is included.
The product is protected against frost or dew as a special hood is attached on the sensor cover. Beam protection continues without interruption even when the cover is screened by frost or dew.
