TECHBOARD HAS COMPLETED THE ACQUISITION OF SYAC AFTER THE TAKING OVER OF THE SYAC ACTIVITIES AND THE STAFF AT THE END OF THE YEAR 2012.
TECHBOARD, manufacturer of professional printed circuit boards with factories in Modena and Shenzhen (China), has completed the acquisition of SYAC, developer and manufacturer of the DigiEye video surveillance system, further to the taking over of the SYAC activities and the staff at the end of the year 2012.
SYAC, now renamed SYAC-TB, is now headquartered in the TRIESTE AREA SCIENCE PARK, an Italian excellence in the field of technological and scientific innovation. Innovator since its foundation in 1988, SYAC launched in 1996 DIGIEYE, one of the first fully integrated digital video management systems for CCTV. Thanks to its DIGIEYE digital video management and centralization solutions, and its multilingual commercial and technical customer service, SYAC has quickly become a reference in the Video Security Market. The DIGIEYE products and the SYAC solutions have been successfully deployed in Banks and Financial Structures, Industrial, Institutional, Educational and Residential Facilities, Ports, Airports, Train Stations and other Transport Infrastructures, Retail Stores and Malls, and many more applications, to protect goods and people, to prevent and fight against crime all over the globe.
SYAC-TB after the integration in TECHBOARD as its Security Division, grants continuity supplying proprietary technologies and designing, developing and manufacturing in Italy the DigiEye systems.
