Sibo Energy S.A., a Costa Rican company specialised in photovoltaic solar power, has chosen the SCATI platform as the video surveillance solution for the security of the largest solar power plant in Guatemala. Considered the largest solar plant in Central America, this plant covers more than 14 hectares and consists of 20,320 solar panels. This requires 24-hour real-time monitoring that can guarantee perfect visibility under any weather conditions (torrential rains, fog, dust and complete darkness). The purpose of the project is to ensure anti-intrusion protection of the extensive plant perimeter in an isolated location and in the absence of surveillance personnel in the area.
