The HIQ-5383 is a professional full HD pan/tilt vandal-proof speed dome IP camera with a pleasing aesthetic and unobtrusive design. Designed for day and night use as well as with a pan/tilt function, the HIQ-5383 is engineered for applications such as ATMs, supermarkets and lobbies, etc.

The Auto Tracking feature is one of the functions on the HIQ-5383 that Hiqview believe to be unique. This function can automatically follow and detect moving objects, thus facilitating the HIQ-5383 to help users and system operators to discover suspects and handle incidents efficiently.

According to Hiqview the coverage of the pan/tilt speed dome IP camera is equal to the total field of several fixed IP cameras, and thereby results in cost saving on installation, cabling, configuration, and system maintenance.

The robust remote pan/tilt function allows users of the HIQ-5383 to operate the camera pin-pointed on the monitoring spot with almost no latency. Users can adjust the HIQ-5383, the pan to 390° (-195°~195°)±1 and tilt to 95° (-5°~ 90°)±1° at a speed of 1~ 200°/sec remotely via the internet; plus, they can pre-programme different routine patterns for the pan/tilt speed dome IP camera to carry out and activate those patterns to a required schedule. Accordingly, with these settings, the pan/tilt IP camera can then move through the settings from for example front door, the gate, to the parking lot...to capture images as programmed.

Equipped with a vandal-proof rated housing, the HIQ-5383 is a rugged IP camera designed to avoid severe harm from any incidental or malicious attacks. The semi-sphere exterior perfectly blends into a ceiling and makes the HIQ-5383 a highly-efficient vigilant tool that fits in with the decor of its environment.
