ASG E-Guard Limited

ASG E-Guard is a New Zealand based technology incubator charged with creating innovative ways to develop existing and emerging disruptive technologies into capabilities that can deliver enhanced security outcomes for global customers. The company is future-focused and looks to find new ways of leveraging the Group’s inherent capabilities through new technologies and partnerships.

The VigilAir SaaS software platform was invented and developed by ASG E-Guard Limited and this is a global first product providing a disruptive alternative to the traditional security guard response.

VigilAir provides integration between security alarm systems and drones and patent priority dates have been set for the product.

The product provides many benefits including:

Real time and mobile video surveillance

ASG E-Guard has also achieved Civil Aviation in New Zealand further enabling the technology.

The VigilAir SaaS product is at first commercial release and the intention is to launch the product globally.

Further releases are planned followed by a wave of disruptive products including nest enclosures and precision landing technology.
