- The COMBO-Mini is a fingerprint mini-reader and UIM (SIM) card that easily connects directly to computer USB ports, providing personal ID access control of PCs and networks at schools, hospitals, municipal facilities and other areas. It provides a high level of personal convenience and security, and includes a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) system for large enterprise networks as well as combining individual fingerprints with UIM cards for increased security.
In addition, its small portable design means that it can be worn around the neck or kept in pockets. It is a solid alternative to remembering passwords or encrypting data files, folders and software applications. The UIM card meets the ISO7816 standard.
