Now, it is used to protect Kunstmuseum Singen, one of the largest municipal art museums located near Lake Constance in Germany.

Centrally located within the city, its 1000 square meters of visitor and exhibition space houses rotating exhibitions that attracts visitors from the four-country region. In 2014, it was completely renovated and expanded. In addition to the new foyer with a cafeteria and museum shop, it now has spacious and expansive exhibition rooms.

The security concept was also modernized during the course of the renovation project. The new Geutebruck video system was put into operation at the reopening which serves to protect the art exhibition. It extends over two floors and includes a flexible, dynamic design: The exhibits change up to five times per year, and the exhibition space is changed using movable partitions. For this reason, all cameras are attached to cable trays using magnets. The cameras can simply follow the course of the exhibit, flexibly adapted to the new lines of sight. Wherever they are set up, all images are made available to the museum guards centrally, providing an attractive yet useful solution.
