Barricade II is a new fence-mounted vibration-detection system, based on Magal's existing and proven Barricade product, with the added capability to locate the exact intrusion to within two to three meters and point a camera to that location.

The system uses two parallel algorithms: One monitors the entire segment (100 meters) as a single entity, and the second layer identifies the specific sensor experiencing the vibration. This built-in redundancy ensures a very high probability of detection with minimal nuisance alarms. Barricade II is immune to rain and harsh weather conditions and zone sensitivity can be easily adjusted for flexible modes of operation such as gates and programmable active/nonactive segments. Inherent fault isolation to each sensor translates into improved system and sensor maintenance.

It can be applied to most metal fence fabrics including chain link, razor wire and welded mesh.
