1. Use digital solutions on ATM video surveillance system.

8. Each ATM installs at least 2 micro-phonic pickups to monitor the voice when customer uses the ATM. Phonic pickup signals all input to the video recorder to record simultaneously.

9. It has vibration monitoring equipment which can record all the vibration waveforms happened on the teller machine.

10. It has human activity detection recordings. When someone approaches the teller machine, it will start to record.

11. It has system failure recovery and alarm functions (not software, hardware watchdogs) and uses stand-alone equipment to monitor the surveillance host. When the power of surveillance host is cut or the host crashes, the stand-alone equipment will auto cut the power and restart the surveillance host after 2 minutes. If it still can’t work normally, then it will emit audible and visual alarm to call for maintenance.

12. Information and video can be overlaid on the video image. It can overlay time, date and bank card number on the video image.

13. It has partial image covering or partial mosaic function such as PIN pad area image shielding.

14. The system can auto detect the working state of the video camera and has the functions of video loss detection and alarm and store the videos before loss. The surveillance lens has anti-shielding and blank screen alarm functions.

15. It has SMS alarm function. When some malicious emergencies happen, it can directly raise the alarm. It also has group-sending message function and thus the corresponding security staff can receive the alarm messages. It is required that the contents of SMS alarm contain alarm type, occurrence time, place and the specific longitude and latitude.

16. It has bank card number capturing function which can overlay depositor’s card number on the video image in real time. Card number capturing can be gotten only from card reader of the ATM with stand-alone device.

17. It has stationing and alarm functions of card numbers on the blacklist.

18. The surveillance host has a HD digital LCD which is larger than 8 inches. It is good for obtaining evidence after crimes and is convenient for daily maintenance.

19. The storage time of the video should be no less then 3-5 months.

20. It has anti-trailing and anti-peeping functions. It can emit warning signals when someone tags after the depositor during withdrawal.

21. It has an emergency button. When the depositor needs help, it can trigger the siren and SMS alarm. Meanwhile, it can do real-time voice intercom and supports remote voice warning.

22. Video brightness can auto adjust according to the light on-site to adapt to the outdoor installation environment of the ATM. It has auto light-filling function which can auto fill light when some approaches the ATM and the light is insufficient.

24. It has hard disk space detection and auto looping video functions. The video can be stored over 3 months.

25. It can auto start or stop recording (several modes such as card －ing signal, motion detection and people approaching induction can be chosen to guarantee that it can adapt to all kinds of complex installation environment).

26. It supports watermark (watermark － mark) technology to prevent the images from being modified and ensure that the video data is true and valid.

27. It supports simultaneous display of 1-4 channel image, simultaneous recording and playback. It needs network transmission.

28. All event-triggered videos have pre-recording function, and the pre-recording time can be set (1-60 seconds).

29. Multiple searching methods enable fast and efficient video searching according to card number, date, time and alarm type.

30. It supports PSTN, ADSL and LAN and other network environments. Intuitive E-map and list management can achieve those functions such as remote control, remote software upgrading and remote on-site patrolling, video retrival, stationing and alarm of card numbers on the blacklist, device’s working state reporting. In addition, it also has some advanced functions such as practical remote (historical) video playback, remote management, remote setting, state auto reporting, suspicious card number stationing and alarm, centralized video backup.

31. It has high stability and failure detection function. When the host crashes or the resource is inadequate, it will auto restart. If the host can’t start, it will raise the alarm.
