Bosch Guarantees Physical Safety in the 21st Century Transportation Hubs

Bosch Security Systems shared with key industry players from Thailand and Malaysia how Bosch ensures physical safety in transportation hubs during a seminar in July this year.
The seminar titled “Physical Safety/Security in Transportation Hubs in the 21st Century” focused on transportation – a key market in Thailand. The Bosch Security Systems team which included Mr Yong Gang Lim, Vice President Regional Product Marketing Asia Pacific, and Mr Sivakumar Pichai, General Manager, Thailand took the opportunity to present our solutions, going in-depth with them on the concept, application and successful case studies. During the session, the speakers shared about Bosch’s comprehensive solution for the Mecca Metro in Saudi Arabia – from the provision of a Central Security Management System, to the CCTV System, Access control System and Fire detection System.
The seminar which was attended by 85 included representatives from Airports of Thailand (AOT), Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA), Bangkok Mass Transit System (BTS) and also specifiers, consultants and VIPs from Malaysia.
To conclude the seminar, Bosch Security Systems arranged for a project reference visit where the audience visited the MRTA to view the control room and also learned more about the CCTV and PA systems there. Many shared that they are very pleased with the programme and will be keen to attend more in future.
