Geoforce and Numerex Expand Solution Partnership

Numerex, a provider of full service, highly secure machine-to-machine (M2M) network services and solutions, and Geoforce, a provider of remote asset monitoring and tracking solutions for the oil and gas, transportation and equipment markets, announce an expansion of their partnership to deliver innovative, flexible inventory asset tracking services throughout the world.

In addition to expanded use of the Numerex secure M2M hybrid cellular/satellite network, Geoforce will continue to leverage Numerex's application hosting capabilities. Geoforce offers a built-to-scale web-based application with the ability to track mobile assets using a combination of GPS, RFID and other wireless technologies, based on customer preference and requirements. The solution utilizes the Numerex network to provide both satellite and traditional cellular capability for ultimate flexibility and coverage for critical asset tracking requirements.

The Geoforce solution enables rental companies, service companies and operators with inventory assets to locate mobile oil field equipment, remotely monitor trucks and freight assets, manage inspection and maintenance tasks online and, through AssetShare, share this information with business partners without compromising security.
