CSST Signs Marketing Alliance Agreement with Alvarion(R)

China Security & Surveillance Technology, Inc., a provider of digital surveillance technology in China, announced that the Company has signed a marketing alliance agreement with Alvarion Ltd., a provider of WiMAX(TM) and wireless broadband solutions to strengthen CSST's capability of offering more sophisticated security solutions for its Safe City projects.


Under the terms of this agreement, both parties will acknowledge one another as an alliance partner and create joint marketing materials that highlight relevant products and services. CSST may be invited by Alvarion to certain marketing events such as road shows relating to the Alvarion products. Alvarion's expertise in broadband wireless access and wireless IP market, as well as a complete range of solutions, products and services for WiMAX network delivery is expected to further advance CSST's existing security technology and provide the Company with broader resources to expand its Safe City project work in China.
