Infrastruct Security, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Patriot Security Systems

Infrastruct Security, Inc., a full service security design firm, announces the acquisition of Patriot Security Systems. Patriot Security Systems, based in Beaumont, Texas, expands Infrastruct's reach into what is known as the "Golden Triangle" of Southeast Texas (the concentrated area of petrochemical facilities spanning the Beaumont, Port Arthur and Orange, TX).

Infrastruct Security, Inc.'s CEO, Daniel Weiss says "The final stake is in the ground. This acquisition places us in the top position in meeting the special security needs of chemical facilities as they work to stay on top of regulatory compliance mandates. Kent Dillow will remain with Infrastruct as the General Manager of Infrastruct Security's Beaumont branch. Kim Dillow will continue to run Patriot Security, Ltd.'s guard division. "Patriot Security, Ltd. will remain independent and will leverage our established legacy in forming a cooperative marketing venture with Infrastruct Security" says Kim Dillow.
