- Zone Assignment: Users now have the option of grouping sensors and receivers in custom named folders to easily monitor and manage activity. Photos can be assigned to each Zone for personalization.
- Event Triggering: Users can now create “If…then…” scenarios, such as, “If the front door opens, then turn on the porch light.”
- Sensor Bypass: The app now allows users to arm their home when sensors are active, such as if a window or door is open.
- Auto-Login Option: Users now have the option of being logged on to their account at all times to make managing the home a seamless and easy process.
- Full Screen Video Mode: The app allows users to watch footage recorded by SkylinkNet cameras in full screen mode.
- Recorded Video: Video footage and photos are instantly saved in the Camera Roll for easy sharing via text message, email, and social media channels.
- Device Scanner: The app now recognizes all Internet Hubs and SkylinkNet cameras that are connected to the same Wi-Fi-network as the smartphone. This allows users to seamlessly add devices to their account.
- Upgrade Internet Hub Firmware: Users can now check and upgrade firmware for the Internet Hub directly in the app to stay on top of the latest updates.
The SkylinkNet app controls the SkylinkNet Alarm/Alert System Kit, a simple and affordable way to secure and monitor homes from anywhere. The kit can also be customized with cameras for video monitoring and smart power strips with multiple outlets to monitor power usage and increase efficiency. There are also options for home control receivers that allow users to control lights and small appliances with iOS and Android devices.
