With this new integration you can now:
- Send alarms and user acknowledgements from Symmetry Access Control system to IndigoVision’s Control Center
- Send alarms and user acknowledgements from IndigoVision’s Control Center to Symmetry Access Control system
Organizations will benefit from managing alarms in one place, and IndigoVision users can now link access control alarms to video activity within the IndigoVision’s Control Center management system.
If something happens anywhere in the system, an alarm in Symmetry will warn you. A map showing the alarm location can be displayed automatically. You can click on the map alarm location to respond to the alarm.
If you are using Control Center it can automatically trigger the relevant cameras to be displayed when an alarm is generated.
