Arecont Vision price reductions on popular megapixel cameras

Arecont Vision price reductions on popular megapixel cameras
Arecont Vision has introduced new, lower manufacturer’s suggested retail pricing (MSRP) for the most popular 1MP, 1080p, and 3MP camera models.
Arecont Vision has introduced new, lower manufacturer's suggested retail pricing (MSRP) for the most popular 1080p, 1-and 3-megapixel camera models.

The company designs and builds its megapixel cameras in the United States. Recent improvements and efficiencies in product engineering, operations, and manufacturing enabled the company to pass along savings to customers through lower prices. Arecont Vision MegaBall 2, MegaDome 2, MegaVideo, MegaVideo, MegaView, MicroDome, and MicroDome G2 series 1.2 and 1.3MP, 1080p, and 3MP camera models are now made more affordable.

"Arecont Vision megapixel cameras have always been competitively priced while offering advanced features and capabilities," said Scott Schafer, Executive Vice President of Arecont Vision. "With the many improvements that we have achieved across the board from design to delivery, we are now able to offer even better MSRP pricing for a wide range of our most popular cameras in the 1- to 3-megapixel range."

"Arecont Vision provides the security industry's best project registration program that not only delivers a competitive price, and gives our channel partners the ability to make more money on their projects," continued Schafer.

The company offers a comprehensive line of megapixel cameras, ranging from compact single sensor 1.2-megapixel cameras to multi-sensor panoramic cameras with up to 40-megapixel resolution. Arecont Vision cameras are further differentiated by their innovative processing capabilities and features, such as STELLAR (spatio-temporal low light architecture) technology in many models, which dramatically increases low light color imaging performance.
