The services, which come in silver, gold and platinum plans, are tailored to the needs of each client. Among other features, they include remote or on-site preventive maintenance at regular intervals, training and certification, initial commissioning and detailed documentation on each product or 24x7 customer service.
SCATI care services also improve incident solution response times that includes streamlined diagnosis thanks to constant contact with the client. Likewise, videos are available whenever incidents are detected and system users are provided with the keys to preventive maintenance of the security platform.
SCATI places these services at the disposal of all its clients, working through company staff distributed throughout its offices in Spain, Colombia, Brazil and Mexico.
