This year, the company implemented the latest version of its Prism open IP video management system in the tournament command center, enabling security guards in the field to remotely monitor surveillance cameras throughout the complex and share the video with local first responders. It featured the OnGuard system which provides access control and can be linked with the complex's video surveillance, allowing video verification of people accessing selected areas.
In addition to identity verification and safeguarding children, this platform can also be used for many other applications such as locating injured individuals for medical treatment, lost children or items using video analytics, as well as averting threats since its video algorithms can detect suspicious packages, vehicles and other out-of-the-ordinary activity. During evacuations, it provides a roll call ensuring that all cardholders are accounted for.
