Members of ONVIF help the organization work toward a universal specification that will ensure that all network video devices are interoperable, regardless of the manufacturer. An open standard for IP security technologies stands to benefit end users, integrators, and manufacturers alike, allowing them to choose best-in-class technology for each application.
