Neousys, a Taiwan-based industrial computer manufacturer, is showcasing computers dedicated to surveillance at this year's secutech, bringing even stronger computing power to surveillance.
The computer, which functions as an NVR, features a 4-disk RAID, Intel i7 core and can connect up to 16 cameras. Chris Ni, Product Director at Neousys, emphasized that the Intel core can bring intelligence to the system.
In addition to surveillance specific CPUs, the company is also showcasing cameras with built-in CPUs, allowing the camera to do more than the average IP camera.
As a newer entrant in the security industry, Neousys hopes to differentiate themselves by highlighting the strength of their product for intelligence and analytics.
