Axis introduces mobile surveillance apps that can be used with AXIS Camera Companion and hosted video solutions. The free downloadable apps are compatible with Apple iPhone and Android devices to help users undertake remote access of surveillance areas in high definition image quality.
The mobile surveillance apps are compatible with the updated AXIS Camera Companion 2.2 and also support for Axis Mobile Streaming. The apps are ideal to be used in small systems where only an Internet connection is required to monitor a surveillance installation live or recorded video. Axis has also given the mobile surveillance apps the capability to alert triggered events by an integrated timeline as well as, save images and video on the device and share for later use.
