Wald is the former founder, CEO and President of Fulham Company and is currently a member of the company's board of directors. Fulham Company is a leading global supplier of electronic ballasts, lamps, lighting control systems, electronic transformers, LED arrays and drivers, emergency lighting, induction systems, wiring harnesses, and custom assemblies.

Lusk is the founder and chairman of Lumetech Group, a consulting firm and commercial distributor of energy efficient LED outdoor lighting solutions. Prior to founding Lumetech, he was the CEO of Lighting Science Group, a LED lamp and fixture manufacturer.
