Dahua Technology recently introduced new addition to its Eco-Savvy network camera family. The new 5000-series featuring 3-Megapixel include domes (IPC-HDB(W)5302-DI/5300-DI) and IR-bullets (IPC-HFW5302C/5300c), come with better power efficiency, better bitrate, ultra low-lux with enhanced installation details.
"Eco-Savvy series has been a hit, and we want to further refine this product line to make it more competitive and easy to use,” said Peter Pan, Product Manager of Network Camera at Dahua Technology."
The new network camera series features 3-Megapixel CMOS, supporting up to max 20fps@3Mp and 25/30fps@1080P encoding. DWDR, 3DNR, true Day/Night are all supported. For better surveillance effect, the IR bullet, for example, adopting new-arrayed IR LEDs circle, provides longer IR distance and wider coverage for a better night visual effect; and its dual-loop cover glass well separates lens and IR LEDs, which avoids reflection on lens to ensure a clear and transparent image quality.
In addition, Dahua also made new launch of Ultra-Smart network camera series , DH-IPC-8000-series. The ultra-smart series offer 3-Megapixel in diverse designs and shapes, featuring ultra codec and smart detection.
Ultra codec includes Region of Interest (ROI), corridor mode, Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) and Scalable Video Coding (SVC). ROI allows cameras to enhance image quality of region of interest by decreasing non-ROI's image quality to acquire more computing power and bandwidth.
As for smart detection, Ultra-Smart series supports intelligent analytics such as tripwire, intrusion detection, abandoned/missing, scene change, defocus, facial detection and audio detection, allowing automatically detect under rulemaking and trigger alarms, accordingly.
