XENO announced the launch of the new 1.3 Megapixel analogue camera range. Building on the success of the popular XENO range of bullet and eyeball cameras, this latest generation of cameras offers XENO's highest analogue image resolution to date.

The Integrated Sony 1.3 Megapixel sensor technology, combined with a 2 Megapixel lens, provides up to 15% image quality improvement. The cameras also continue to offer full backwards compatibility with existing DVRs ensuring full support for whatever analogue system may already installed.

A choice of bullet or eyeball style cameras is available. Each model comes complete with a 2.8 -12m lens and integrated IR ensuring excellent images at up to 40 meters away in complete darkness.

Privacy zones and motion detection come as standard in all cameras, ensuring customer peace of mind whilst delivering simple video analytics features.

Each camera includes a pre-wired 850mm cable, long enough to feed through brackets, ceilings and wall cavities.

All-in-one designs make both the bullet and eye ball cameras quick to install and are ideal for retail, office and education environments that are looking for tough externally rated cameras that provide great images during the day and at night when no ambient lighting is available.

Mark Pritchard, Divisional Director, comments: “This new range of analogue cameras offers an excellent option for those installations where budgets are tight, but quality can't be compromised. As with all XENO products, it offers a low cost, but highly reliable solution for those projects that don't require a huge feature set.”
