RADWIN has an extensive history of donating wireless links to service providers as well as private and governmental organizations that are charged with reconstructing communications infrastructures following calamities. In 2005 RADWIN received a commendation award from Thailand's Royal Princess for contributing links to help reconstruct Thailand's network following the Tsunami. RADWIN also donated wireless broadband solutions following the 2010 earthquake in Chile. Systems were used to establish on-site communications in areas impacted by the quake.
