Peter Campbell, 45, holds an engineering degree from Aston University in the United Kingdom (1990) and an MBA from the HEC Paris business school (1998). He joined GEC Alsthom in 1990, first as a technical support engineer, then, with Cegelec, as an engineer in charge of international projects in Africa, the Middle East and India. He changed his professional focus to finance in 1998, joining the Alcatel group in Paris as financial analyst for mergers & acquisitions. He was subsequently named Director of Investor Relations for North America and then Europe, based first in Dallas, Texas, then in Paris. Peter Campbell was appointed Director of Financial and CSR Communications at Bull in 2006, a position he held until joining Safran in September 2012.
