CFO Lutz Coelen will be leaving Mobotix effective 31st December 2012 due to personal reasons and in total mutual agreement with the board of directors and the management board of Mobotix in order to seek new professional challenges.
CFO Lutz Coelen will be leaving Mobotix effective 31st December 2012 due to personal reasons and in total mutual agreement with the board of directors and the management board of Mobotix in order to seek new professional challenges.
During the last seven years,Coelen has prepared and fulfilled his duties extremely successfully including the IPO and segment change of Mobotix into prime standard. In addition, he was also leading the Mobotix sales department on interim basis.
The board of directors and the management board thank Coelen for his many years of dedicated work.
The management of the finance department will be followed until further notice by Dr. Ralf Hinkel, CEO of Mobotix. Interviews with potential successors are in progress already.
