The video technology, using a GSM mobile network, was particularly useful during the high levels of traffic experienced in London over recent weeks.

The Vemotion Encoder provides a highly efficient video compression and transmission that ensures that quality video images can be reliably transmitted over very low bandwidth connections. The software enables EnterpriseMouchel to capture video and send live data of road conditions to help it rapidly and efficiently maintain its client's road network.
