PSA Security Network announces the appointment of Ric McCullough as VP of Sales and Customer Service and Krista Ferndelli to Director of Education.
Mr. McCullough brings over 25 years of management experience in sales, customer service, support and operations to this role. Prior to joining PSA Security Network, Ric served as Customer Service Manager for Amazon.com. Before that, he served as Director of Sales for IDenticard Systems, managing direct and indirect sales channels and customer service teams, as well as various support departments.

Krista Ferndelli has been Marketing Coordinator with PSA for several months, focused on adding value to PSA Security Network's ownersthrough PSA's Business Solutions programs and increasing PSA's brand awareness through a variety of marketing channels.
Ferndelli brings 8 years' experience developing, organizing and managing education and outreach programs to her new position from her prior executive experience in the credit union industry.
