Despite the name change, everything remains the same for the business partners and customers who will continue to received good service and support for all products. SANTEC products are exclusively available via the video surveillance retail partners of SANTEC BW AG. The headquarters will continue to be in Ahrensburg (Germany), hence the address and contact persons will be unchanged.
