Norment Security Group appointed Charles Veniez as CEO and President. Veniez joins Norment from United Technologies Corporation, where he held several roles in management, most recently as Regional VP and GM, responsible for a number of fire and security businesses throughout the United States.
Chris Sznewajs, VP of Operations for the Gores Group, stated, “Charles Veniez has a strong operational background with experience in mechanical and electronic access control solutions and as a security products integrator. We are confident he will be an important partner in helping Norment reach its full potential.”
Prior to his most recent role at United Technologies, Veniez served as President of Onity, an international security products company with operations in the U.S., Europe, Mexico, South America, India, Australia and China. He also served as a VP for Kaba Ilco, a leading provider of mechanical and electronic access control solutions.
