Mobotix presented their new international network program that offers certified partners multiple benefits. The company conducts indirect sales via qualified distributors and commercial business partners in over 70 countries. The new program provides partners with useful tools information and competitive advantages. Partners receive additional support to set them apart from competitors, increase sales opportunities and become more profitable.
The new multi-tier partner program from Mobotix is set up in such a way that it addresses all partners. This includes distributors, integrators, resellers and installers. The partner categories are broken down into threegroups: Advanced Mobotix Partners, Certified Mobotix Partners and Registered Mobotix Partners. Partners have to prove a certain revenue level and attendance of certification seminars in order to attain a particular partner level. They can take advantage of special business terms and a range of benefits. These include special training, sales and project support, extensive marketing materials, assistance with Mobotix Partner press activities and delivery ofadditional useful information. "We want the international channel network program to provide our partners with the best support possible and to improve their business transactions," explains Dr. Magnus Ekerot, Chief Sales Officer of Mobotix. "It also helps these partners to maintain a strong position in a highly competitive market. Innovative products combined with the corresponding expertise and services could mean the difference between one of our partners and their competitors and be the make-or-break factor in winning a project." The partner categories are continuously reassessed, giving registered partners the opportunity to move up to the next higher level.
Partners receive helpful support from the beginning of a project right through to the end, and the scope of the measures is directed towards the status of the partner. This allows Mobotix to support their partners in preparing offers and in providing them with on-site technical support for large projects. Ongoing support is provided through a telephone hotline with a guaranteed call-back time and remote desktop support software.
